Scenic Highway 30A · All Sixteen Miles

30A's detailer,
at your door.

From Dune Allen to Inlet Beach, Whitlow Detailing brings concours-level detailing to the driveways, rentals, and garages of Scenic 30A — cars, golf carts, and boats, with water and power on board. Based in Santa Rosa Beach. On the corridor every week.

Made For This Coast

Detailing built around
how 30A actually lives.

30A is sixteen miles of salt air, sugar sand, and vehicles that work harder than their owners admit. The SUV that hauls the beach gear. The cart that does the daily Seaside run. The boat on the lift behind the house. All of it lives outdoors in one of the harshest paint environments in the country — and none of it should have to leave the driveway to be maintained properly.

That's the entire Whitlow model: the studio comes to you, fully self-contained. Water, power, lighting, and professional-line products arrive with us, which means we can work anywhere from a WaterColor garage to a Grayton driveway to a rental's parking pad — inside each community's rules, on your schedule, finished by Shane Whitlow personally.

The salt doesn't take days off. Between details, protection does the work: every package ends with sealant at minimum, and for cars that stay on the coast year-round, a ceramic coating is the difference between paint that survives 30A and paint that doesn't.

The 30A Route

Everything At The House

One visit.
The whole fleet.

Most 30A households run more than a car. Book them together and everything gets done in a single appointment.

The daily drivers

Three packages from a disciplined maintenance wash to full correction and coating — the same standard whether it's a rental runabout or the garage queen.

The golf cart

30A's real second car. Sand extraction, UV seat protection, body polish — and fleet schedules for rental and property managers.

The boat

Gelcoat oxidation removal, marine ceramic, and standing wash schedules — at the dock, lift, or trailer.

The protection

Ceramic coatings for anything with paint or gelcoat. On this coast, protection isn't an upsell — it's the plan.

FAQ

30A logistics,
answered.

Do you really cover all of 30A?

All sixteen miles — Dune Allen, Gulf Place, Blue Mountain, Grayton, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach, plus everything north of the corridor in Santa Rosa Beach and Point Washington. We run weekly routes down 30A, so most addresses can be scheduled within a few days.

Can you detail at a vacation rental?

Yes — it’s a large part of our schedule. We work in rental driveways and community parking with fully self-contained water and power, and we leave the site as clean as the car. If your community has wash restrictions (some do), tell us the neighborhood when booking and we’ll confirm the right setup.

What about HOA and community rules in places like Rosemary or Alys?

We work in the strict communities regularly and follow each one’s rules — quiet hours, approved work windows, water handling, and parking. Self-contained equipment means no spigot use and controlled runoff, which is what most HOAs actually care about. If a community requires vendor registration, we handle it.

Why does a car on 30A need detailing more often?

Salt air is the big one — it settles on paint around the clock, even for cars that never touch the beach. Add sand in every floor mat, sunscreen on every surface, love bugs twice a year, and sap and pollen under the oaks north of the corridor, and a quarterly detail with real protection isn’t a luxury — it’s maintenance.

Do you service golf carts and boats too?

Yes — golf carts and LSVs and boats are both core services, and both can be scheduled in the same visit as your car. One appointment, everything at the house done.
